Italian Sandwich Restaurant Chain Invests BIG In A B2B Bakery, Scores Major Retail Deals.

Pronto Pane bakes schiacciata, sandwich buns and quarter sheets for restaurants and grocers. The brand needed a full kit before its first trade show: photography, catalogs, banners, packaging shots, social content and a website. Here is what we produced.

The brief

A new bakery, a first trade show, and a lot of buyers to meet.

Pronto Pane grew out of a Chicago sandwich chain that built its own wholesale bakery, first to supply its restaurants and then to sell schiacciata, sandwich buns and quarter sheets to other kitchens and grocers. With the bread ready and a first trade show on the calendar, the brand had a clear opening to introduce itself to foodservice and retail buyers.

We partnered with the team to build the full launch kit: photography, catalogs, banners, films and a website, all designed together so everything a buyer touches, from the booth to the catalog to the site they visit afterwards, looks like it came from the same hand.

01 · Photography

A photo library built to work everywhere.

Across several shoots, on set and in the bakery, we built one consistent library: plated applications for the catalog and site, documentary stills from the bakery floor, clean product frames and social crops. Every piece, print or digital, draws from the same images.

02 · Videography

The people behind the bread.

Five short films that give buyers a look inside: the dough line, the master baker, a website hero loop, and how the schiacciata and sandwich buns are made. Cut for the website, the booth screen and social.

03 · Website

Where the buyer lands after the show.

A product-first B2B site built on the same photography, giving buyers a place to browse the line, see case counts and reach the sales team after the show.

04 · Print

A sell sheet a buyer keeps, a banner that reads across the hall.

Two catalogs, foodservice and retail, put each SKU’s overhead, case count and story on one page a buyer can carry home. For the booth, three 33″ × 81″ retractables and two 8-foot stretch backwalls give the team a stand that can be rebuilt for a grocery or foodservice show.
